I hope I didn't mess that up horribly...Plz let me know of any mistakes, especially kanji since im pretty weak on it. thanks

I mean, I guess it is somewhat essentially correct, but no one really talks like that in Japan.

thats how they teach us in the program in Arizona.. its all so formal I guess is how you could say it is... I really want to learn to speak more naturally..

It may be hard for awhile. But that's where you will see how native speakers like myself talk. The other thread would be:

The big problem with Japanese I've noticed is that most English speakers are having a problem understand the big difference between what's "proper japanese" and what's "commonly spoken japanese"

In English....If you want to say "This apple is red." Then there is only really one way to say it. "This apple is red." If you say "Apple red" then you're either black, or have down's syndrome. But in Japan, it's the opposite. If you go around saying "Kono ringo wa akai desu" people will think you're weird, even though that's basically the proper way to say it. You would usually just say "akai desu"

ろくな日本語が話せないくせに?赤いですって何が赤い かわかんないじゃん?っていうかここは日本語オンリー じゃない?なんでわざわざ英語でカキコしたのかね。

二週間かかって、京都大学に到着しますね。 ブラジル から、京都への飛行機に乗る瞬間葉は、今だったらしい 感じをしています。 あそこに私を待っている人の日本 語は、この日本語に比べてどんなもんでしょうかしら?
それは、まだ良く分からなくても、私の今の日本語が一 番やわらかく話せなくても、仕方ありません。 あの日 を待って、宿題をして、荷物を準備して、生きています 。
とにかく、今の天候は寒いか厚いですか? ブラジル人 の私には、このリンクが寒すぎます。
どんな服を持って行けばいいですか?
