I am Vietnamese. I never date any Japanese girls, but I used to have a close friendship with one who sent me very cute hand made post cards. I also know some of my friends who has Japanese girl/boy friends, too. I think that Japanese nowaday is more open and can judge that a foreigner guy is a good or bad one. Or maybe just because they are so polite?
