I'm Japanese and learning English. And the question is how to use 'more than' and 'less than'.
For example, when you say ''....more than 20'' or ''less than 20'', do you include '20' or not include '20'?? I mean, does 'more than 20' mean '20 or more' , and does 'less than 20' mean '20 or less' ???
