I know that many people on this board are from different countries so you may not understand my joke. I say that this guy doesn't "seem" Japanese because there's an overwhelming amount of Japanese people who drink and smoke excessively and this guy doesn't. Thus, he doesn't seem that Japanese because he doesn't do any of those things. Instead he drinks milk.
