DOMU or DOUMU is 童夢：Children's Dream. And also it implies English word "doom".
DOMU is not MANGA for children. In that sense, it is SEINEN (young adult) Manga if you mean it by "seinen".
OTOMO had gaven huge impact to the Japanese MANGA writers around 1970's to 1980's.
