Question Japanese letter ettiquite - 03-22-2017, 10:17 AM

Hello / Konnichi wa

This is a follow-up question related to one I posted a week or so ago.

I have a card/letter that I would like to address to several individuals. What is the protocol for doing this? For example, in English, instead of saying Mr. Smith, Mr. Johnson, and Mr. Black", we would say "Messrs. Smith, Johnson, and Black:"

There are 7 recipients of this card. I was hoping to show them all respect by including their names on my card. However, I don't want it to look silly! How should this be handled?

"Hashimoto-san, san, yamamoto-san, tanaka-san, morimoto-san,"

Finally, is there a salutation I should use? (e.g. Dear ... )

Thank you!
