Different from NATTO, MISO soup is accepted widely by foreign people.

MISO is also made from soy beans fermented by other bacteria (KOUJI) than NATTO.

This is "instant" MISO soup which you can take it by just pouring hot water. When I brought these kind of MISO soup to USA and Germany, people there liked it very much.
