These days, "TEISHU"usually means hasband. But 100 years ago and earlier, it means person of the highest position of the family.

EBOSHI is a traditional cap like this. It is usually in black.



However, if the TEISHU likes red EBOSHI, every one in the family must accept it though it is very strange for them.
