Here is another ferry from YOKOSUKA to MOJI (KYUSHU) in the most de-lux room for 21 hours. Perhaps it will cost you 38,000 JPY. The cheapest room is 12,000 JPY in Winter.
I will take this ferry because it run at 30 kt like as battle ships.
