If it from You Tube site, then put in [@yt] then put in the video code, then put in [@/yt] but don't put in any @ symbols, I just put them to stop it from actually trying to do it.
You don't put in the whole URL though.

the bit after the = sign. That is only 4 you tube ones though. dont ask me about others... you get?
