Like/Dislike:
Watashi wa ~
ga suki desu.
I
like ~.
Ex: Watashi wa anime to manga
ga suki desu.
I like anime and manga.
Watashi wa ~
ga suki ja arimasen.
I
don't like ~.
Alternatively, you could say
suki ja nai, which is less formal. Or, if you feel really strongly about it, like you actually hate it, you could say
ga kirai desu.
Also, if you wanted to say "I like writing," or something where what you like is a verb, you need to add something to the verb in order to nominalize it. You can't just say "Watashi wa kaku ga suki desu." (Kaku means "to write"). If you're interested, I'll be happy to explain that to you in more detail.
Age:
Watashi wa ~
sai desu.
I am ~
years old.
Ex: Watashi wa juu nana
sai desu.
I am 17 years old.
Location:
Watashi wa ~
kara kimashita.
I
came from ~
Ex: Watashi wa Nihon
kara kimashita.
I came from Japan. (Not true, just an example ^_^)
Hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
