I suggest you start learning hiragana and katakana first. That's something you should do yourself. Afterwards you can start improving your vocabulary and grammar. Google is your best friends:

some good keywords are 'japanese grammar' and 'japanese vocabulary'.

If there's something not clear during your study, then you can specificaly ask a question here. Trust me, this is the moste effective way and anyone starts like this or you should have a 'real' japanese teacher in your surroundings.
