From a couple posts back:

永遠（えいえん）に待っています sounds better IMO. I've never heard of 千代 before and googling it doesn't come up with very promising results. Also, 待っているつもり comes across a bit strange to me. Did a search of that and all I got was the past tense (待っているつもりだったけど). Makes more sense.

Also 待て is fine. It's just command form of the verb, making it stronger than 待って.
