That mail adress belongs to the husband, so he saw the e-mail and felt jealous.
or
 (no メール)
The husband didn't send her e-mail, so she felt nervous.

or
no mail -> nomikai (飲み会) ???
The husband will not have dinner at home and she feel envy toward her husband, so she wanna talk to you when she will be at home.
