I'm thinking on doing some extra brain training too read that when you wake up you have to draw two cards and remember what cards they are and put them under you pillow. When you go to bed at night you have to try and remember them. When you have gotten it right for a few days in a row, add a card =p
Oh and eat loads more fish.. omega 3, good for the brain right??
