How do you say, lactos intolerance? And cashew nuts? ^^ same as it sounds?

Appreciate your help.

For having some sort of meaning to this.

What do you have for allergy, and what is it called in Japanese?

Good questions. As you've said, "allergy" is アレルギー (arerugi-) in Japanese.

Lactose intolerance, I did not know, but according to various sources it's ラクトース不耐症 (I think it says rakuto-su futaishou > can someone confirm this?). Lactose can also be in expressed in Japanese as 乳糖 (nyuutou).

If you're allergic to cashews, I think you can just say カシューアレルギー (kashu- arerugi-). Likewise for an allergy to eggs -> 卵アレルギー(tamago arerugi-). Hope that helps
