Well, I don't usually write on forums but I thought I would give it a shot. I just lost my ojiisan last weekend, and have been thinking a lot about Japan lately. I used to live there when I was little, but we moved to the United States when I was 6 or 7 because my father was transferred (my mother is japanese and my father is american). I was my grandparents favorite and I was the only one they saw grow up, so losing him has been hard on me. I thought it would be nice to meet people who either are japanese, half-japanese or even just enjoy japanese culture/pop culture. My friends aren't really into japanese culture, so it would be nice to talk to someone who does. So, if you feel like chatting let me know
