Try some Japanese CD's to start off on the basics. Then try more advanced material. You can easily find these kinds of Language Packs around the internet or around the city.
I don't have any sources currently, but you could try some of the other threads in the forum. I'm sure there is already someone who has asked for this kind of information.
There are also people on this forum who could teach you.
