Someone had said the Nipponbashi location was closed a couple of months back, but if you are saying there is a large one at shin-osaka that is even better!

Ive not passed by in Nipponbashi lately so Im not sure about the daiso there.
If you are going to Shin Osaka,
using JR, take the East Exit then proceed to the West Gate, turn left all the way to the over pass. I think its about 10-15 minutes walk. I think you can see the Konami building, walk towards it and keep walking onwards until you reach the Kita Osaka Hospital. From there I think you can already see the Daiso. But are you living around that area?
There might be a Daiso or a 100yen shop nearer your place.
