What radical views do I have? I only said that I wouldn't put it past the government to do such things, personally. And that such societies exist.

ps. I don't know about this subject matter but HAARP definitely exists. That is the ability to control the weather. If you think i'm being "paranoid" about this or some crap then just read up on Nikola Tesla. I made a thread about him a long time ago because the man was a genius. He basically discovered how to change weather conditions and whatnot as well as how to give people free electricity and tons of other inventions like the Alternating Current we get in our homes.
You won't find many places that can tell you about Nikola Tesla though since he has been covered up so well. I couldn't find anything on him when I did Physics at college.
