the best place to learn is on the street. for parkour, a gym is useless. yes you can do good stuff without getting hurt, but the mats, boxes and all other equipment feel nothing like an urban environment does. your best bet to learn would be to find a parkour team near you and train with hem, take it slowly and you should be fine
