My pleasure. It's a common misconception in the west that Japanese food = raw fish (and/or teriyaki). Many Japanese restaurants here serve mostly sushi and sashimi, and what other choices they provide tend to be very poor versions of the food you can get in Japan. I have never found a place here in the US that has really good quality, authentic foods like the ones I mentioned. Man, I miss real kara'age, zosui, hakata ramen, etc...
