I think this kind of mentality needs to sort of stop. Man or woman, if you're loose, you're loose.
EDIT: Sexual frustration on man's part is most likely there for women as well, only it's usually the girl that's unwilling. We know it's a biological thing - us guys wanna spread our seeds, while the chicks like to know that if they're helping a guy spread the seeds, it better be a good guy. It gets a little over the top when eery girl is waiting for the best and has to put the guy on a several months long trial xD
