Exactly. It just re-enforces the fact that you got ill because your body had a problem with not getting the right amount of nutrients.
In my opinion, there is no point in being Vegetarian. You can compare the fact that Vege's are more healthier than Carni's, which is only true since most meat eating people over do it anyway and these are what are mostly used in the comparison. When you attain the right balance though, you are healthier than a Vegetarian.
