For instance, if someone asked: 「この問題の答えは何ですか?」 and I don't know, but I'm thinking about it, would I say 「まだ考えています」?

これはトピずれです・・・僕の「が」と「は」の慣用法 は正しいですか?よく「が」と「は」で間違うと思うん ですよね。
