I'm thinking about cooking up something this weekend. Thinking about boiling rice, then frying some chicken breast cut in pieces, together with some strong spices and Sambal Oelek, then throw in the rice in the frying pan, and and egg to the mixture. Mix it around a bit then served together with salad and a special milk/water/yoghurt mix drink. It's delicious!
The eggs come from a farm not far away from where we live. The folks I live with, their son and his famil owns the farm. Those eggs top any eggs you would buy down the grocery store, I tell you!
