Excuse me. I have a blind spot on this one.
If you still have female sex organs that can nourish a fetus, you are not a man.
That is not a sex change. Its and incomplete procedure or its plastic surgery to form a hermaphrodite.
And this publicity referring to IT as pregnant man is a poor reflection on western media.
