Things like Music and Film aren't quite as common in Japanese universities like they are in the US. They're mostly taught at private schools that focus on those subjects. You might be hard pressed to find what you're looking for. Also, are you fluent in Japanese? You'll need to be completely fluent if you're looking to attend school over there.
