is odd. You'd lose all your customers if you did that here in Japan. That's like publicly admitting that your sushi don't sell well. Formally-trained sushi chefs would surely refuse to make takoyaki, too. I love takoyaki but I'd hate to smell takoyaki while eating sushi.
