To be completely honest, I've never been to one that didn't seem to be run by Japanese people. It's just not traditionally a sushi place, because they allow one to buy other foods in there. For instance, I mentioned in another topic that I had sukiyaki in one of them, and fell in love with that dish. *Obviously hungry* lol But, for a sushi restaurant, the only thing that should be served is sushi alone, not stuff like negimayaki or tenpura dishes or donburi dishes, etc.
