I am an Indian working professional at an MNC in Tokyo and am looking out for Japanese friends with whom I can do language exchange. Meanwhile will also ensure that you improve in English. I have a native level in English and have studied Japanese till Business level. In the past I did help my Japanese colleagues to improve their English by having regular talk on alternate days for around 2 hours through Google Chat as well as Yahoo messenger. They have now become very good in English business related conversation.
