That's "Akai Kitsune" udon by Maru-chan. Everyone knows the name in Japan.

'Akai kitsune' means 'red fox'. Over here, foxes are said to like eating 'age', which is the square-shaped fried tofu inside the package.

The generic name for this kind of udon is 'Kitsune udon', but Maru-chan added the word 'Red' to spice it up.
