the way i see it, the more agressive the mod, the more people will feel intimidated and leave the site, inc regulars. mods are there for removing bad posts/users etc and help with site related issues (probably more but im not sure what) but do you almost never lose debates because of the way you would answer a question or would you use valid points? (its not a challenge hahah, dont get me worong)
