Banning them was the best thing the mods could have done to save this board. There is no free speech on message boards as they are run as the mods deem fit and if one doesn't like the rules they can always go somewhere where they will welcome such immature and childish remarks as they posted.

Glenski was a total fraud and was not who he claimed to be. That was quite evident in his pictures and, based on his poor grammar, he definitely did not have a masters degree as he claimed. The others were just trolls trying to disrupt the boards with absolutely no knowledge of Japan whatsoever. I commend the mods for the action they have taken and hope they keep to the strict rules set down by this forum.

This is a board to help enlighten others about Japan and Japanese customs and to help dispel misconception and false information. That doesn't mean that there shouldn't be disagreement and debate as it is most welcome and even encouraged, but when it goes to totally flaming a country and the people on boards for no other reason than to make trouble like the recently banned have then they should be banned and all their posts deleted IMO.

Keep up the good work mods. And NO I am not sucking up in case anyone has the intention of posting that I am.
