I used to work with some asians who actually stood ontop of our western toilets instead of sitting down ontop of them. I didn't know WTF they were doing but I figured it out after seeing that picture.
But yeah, after being accustomed to those toilets, they must think that our toilets are disgusting with the way we share the seating surfaces.
