Oh man, best Anime I've seen so far has got to be Love Hina
Basically The story revolves around 20 year old Keitaro Urashima. When he was very little he made a promise to Get into Tokyo University with a girl the same age. She is then seen moving away shortly after.He is 20 now and he fails the Tokyo University entrance Exams AGAIN and gets kicked out of his parents house to go live in his grandma's guest house. Little does he know it has been turned into a girls dorm. Later he becomes the manager and he is always getting into perverted situations while still trying to get into Tokyo University. He also developes a Crush on This one girl Naru Narusegawa.
She also is trying to get it.
This Anime is more of a Comedy. There is 25 main episodes with 3 Ova's and 2 movies.
