i get happy really easily........once i got my spirit so lifted up after a deep depression(which is realy rare for me to have) just because i saw from the window of the bus a kitty sleeping sooo peacefully under a tree....... somehow it made me think that if this little creature can sleep in peace in the street then i can survive this life too

any way what makes me sooo sad is the sadness of others especially my friends and family, i wish i could do any thing to make them feel better......also i feel sad when i can not achieve a goal....but i never give up
