It was very comfortable. The futons were good to sleep on.

Sushi train restaurant in Kyoto train station
The sushi was amazing! Fresher, better tasting and even less expensive than back in the states.

Krispy Kream in Shinjuku. There wasn't any line (which really isn't true during the day) but I would have bought doughnuts if I had money on hand at the time hehe.

On board the Shinkansen (Bullet train)
It was a very quiet, smooth and fast ride to Kyoto, then 3 days later to Hiroshima and then back to Tokyo.
