It used to be one of the best English forums for Korea up until 2 years ago with a huge number of traveling advices catered for foreigners. You have to dig down further but come to think of it, Korea overall changed so much compare to 2 years ago, I don't think it's a good forum to dig in.
So sorry about that.
Sadly there aren't any good forums on Korea.
For a last ditch effort, what I can recommend you is go to groups related to foreigners in Korea
on Facebook. Of course, if you have a Facebook account, that's great.
