I want to cook something japanese for dinner. My dad is allergic to seafood, so none of that, or if there's a small amount that I can take out of one dish then that's fine. What's your favourite japanese entrée? Recipes too please!  |
you could always make homemade katsu with pork or chicken fillets, or even dice the chicken, mould into shape, breadcrumb it with egg and cornflour. and fry it?
Serve with rice and curry roux sauce.
