These seem to be lengthened versions of the ones I have known since the 1950s. They are good practice, except that many would give up in frustration over just following the meaning of these longer ones.

The shorter versions are equally effective when practiced more, though the repetition could get boring.

"How much wood would a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?" was always a my favorite. But this being the first time I think I have ever typed it, I have discovered it is far more difficult to type than to say.
