Is Puroland fun in the winter? -

I will be in Tokyo from December 11 through the 22nd. I really really want to go to Puroland because last time I was there I didn't get to go but I was wondering if it was still worth it to go in the winter. What can you still do there? can you still ride the rides? thanks!
