What would you do in Japan? I mean, how would you make a living? If you can afford to retire in Japan that is one thing, but Japan certainly has no interest in simply taking in foreign disabled residents simply to care for them. If you are married to a Japanese person and go through all the residential requirements (several years) that might be one option.
