I am sorry, but the customer is NOT always right. This is a very big misconception that people have these days thinking they can get away with anything in a store. The problem with America these days is that people feel they have a freedom to get away with absolutely everything they want to without fear of consequence. If you want to pull a prank on someone, do so to a friend, not someone that is working.
