I don't think that's the case for Okinawa when there isn't any sign of significant decreasing of the anti-American sentiment. Same goes to South Korea.

America's foreign policy towards Asia has always been inefficient. Let's hope that the Chinese government intervene America's foreign policy to "repair" America itself.
