People wanting to improve their English might have more confidence in you if you are careful with your grammar yourself- you made the same mistake twice in this thread. "those who wants to learn English" should be "those who want to learn English", and "those who needs help" should be "those who need help". Also read up on the difference between "your" and "you're".

Just some friendly advice from someone who has taught English in Japan for more than 10 years.
