Sorry, I forgot about these forums for a few days xD
But my thoughts on this are pretty basic. I don't want to live in any country in which the government can shut my internet off whenever they want because they want to. And I know that your response, along with other's, will be explaining that it won't be "just because they want to" and I understand that, but the truth is the government does not do the things they do for same reasons we think they do them for (did that make sense? My sentence was pretty messed up). I also heard that this was only a 'leak' and it had been leaked before, which to me (and I could be wrong about this) that means this is pretty much definitely not going to be passed, and I hope it won't be.
