Yeah, I'm talking about 抹茶. That's the tea used to make desserts. I was exaggerating when I said you'd gag, of course. I just wanted people to know that whenever they hear about "green tea something" like Green Tea KitKat, they should NOT be thinking about the regular green tea that they get for free in Japanese restaurants.
