I'm trying to make sushi (I have no formal training) at home, and my seaweed always gets soggy, which is probably the reason why my sushi doesn't quite in the right shape...

Am I putting too much vinegar? or maybe too much water when cooking the rice? or is it the wrong type of seaweed... (it says nori :S)

Please help! Thank you ^_^!
