There is no difference. Those are interchangeable.
Some grammarians may argue that どのくらい is a bit more formal than どれくらい, but one needs to take notice of the non-formal sentence ending なるの.

correct particles, Japanese word order is much more flexible than English. In fact, there is even no comparison.
